We did not recommend Mobile Outlet as we experienced problems with them, as did other customers. Although they offered some very cheap cash back deals via redemption, many customers reported having difficulty claiming their discounts. Return periods were not honoured, and redemptions were being declined on shaky grounds, or ignored entirely. It emerged that the company was experiencing financial problems, which explained the cash back delays. This was an unfortunate consequence of the over-aggressive discounts being offered during that period by many of the retailers, and Mobile Outlet subsequently went bust in 2008.
